Hello, I'm Gladys and it all starts with yes!
Everything starts with yes — and saying yes has taken me to many places.
I've done a lot of work that I'm proud of by simply saying 'yes', and then delivering. I began my career at United Overseas Bank, saying yes to opportunities across Singapore and Thailand in fintech partnerships, SME banking and ecosystem growth. I later said yes to high-growth tech at Workato, where I launched new verticals, closed regional deals and expanded public sector access across Asia.
Today, in the CEO Office at Circles, I say yes to the hard things: aligning 10+ functions behind a single growth plan, strengthening $XXM enterprise partnerships, and spearheading a PR engine that delivers 10+ joint announcements and Tier 1 features annually. I operate in the space between "this is strategic" and "this was due yesterday," partnering with our leadership team to turn ambition into operating rhythm.
Alongside that, I run CareerWareer which I co-founded in 2021 with 1 clear aim: helping companies say YES to jobseekers. With 0 paid marketing, we have worked with 330+ paying clients and partnered 250+ professionals to secure $100K–$250K offers and interviews with their dream companies. From 2022–2025, I was also engaged by Prudential Singapore to build a digital career and financial planning platform that attracted 1,500+ youths in under a year.
I am a LinkedIn Top Voice (2024) and a Certified Career Services Practitioner with the National Career Development Association.
A firm believer in regionalisation, I've also said yes to proficiency in four languages — English, Mandarin, Malay and Thai — and I'm currently learning Japanese. I attempted and passed the GCE 'O' Levels in Thai in 2022, after 2 years of learning Thai.
Outside of work, I say yes to bouldering (V3), Formula 1 (a 16+ year Lewis Hamilton fan), experimenting with AI, and time with family.
